How do I reserve my apartment?
Barcelona Apartments Info's reservation procedure is very
simple. First fill in the Search Form on the Home Page then click Search for
available apartments and prices. Select your apartment and click on the "Book now" button.
Then you should choose the date of your check in. You will see our Apartment Reservation
Form. Fill in the blanks on the "Customer Information" section. Be sure your
personal data is spelled correctly! After you have filled this section up you
can select your desired room type. Select the date of your arrival,
the room types and the number of nights. Check the total cost of your
staying. The "Requirements" section will
allow you to request special amenities or needs from the apartment companies. Barcelona
Apartments Info will respond to your special request within 24 hours. After you fill out all requested information, click
"Send Reservation". This was only one way to reach Barcelona Apartments Info's
reservation field, but you can do that in several different ways. For example
you can find the "Book Now" button under the following menu points:
"Apartments", "Apartment hotels", "Special Offers",
and also under the result of your advanced search.

When do I have to include information about my credit card?
In some cases you will be required to submit
information about your credit card -such as card number- at the time
of booking. Most apartment companies will not hold rooms without a credit card number. Your
credit card will not be charged until you check out the apartment unless the type of
room you selected states that a deposit is required, or if you don't show up at
the apartment without canceling your reservation on time. In this case the apartment companies
might charge the amount specified in the Terms & Conditions. Barcelona Apartments
Info recommend using a credit card to guarantee your reservation.

How long will it take Barcelona Apartments Info
to respond to my reservation request?
In case of "Real Time confirmation" it will take about 5
minutes until we confirm with an email that your reservation was successful. You
will receive a " Confirmation number" which should be kept and used with any future
correspondence with Barcelona Apartments Info. In case of reservations upon request you
will receive an email in 5 minutes stating that Barcelona Apartments Info
received your request. Then all reservations will be followed up with
an email within 24 hours using the Reservation Number and, if available,
a confirmation number.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can read the apartment description to determine the
cancellation policy of your apartment. Also you will find the cancellation policy
on the email confirmation sent to you by Barcelona Apartments Info.
The standard increments are you must cancel the room(s) by 4 or 6 PM,
or 24, 48, or 72 hours prior to your specified arrival. If you cancel
before this, generally you will not be charged a penalty. Canceling
after this period will result in a cancellation penalty fee.

offer "Special Internet Rates" to our users. These rates offer
substantial savings. Quoted rates may vary due to seasonal changes or

How safe is to use my credit card?
Absolutely! Barcelona Apartments Info has a correct procedure
transferring and handling your credit card data. To ensure your security we
utilize SSL secure commerce server that encrypts credit card numbers and encodes
them into a non-usable form. Also we give you opportunity to send the required
data via fax. After receiving your data we make your reservation with the apartment company/hotel,
then we delete all credit card information on a daily basis. So we do not keep your
card number longer than 24 hours! Also our server works behind an electronic
firewall, so all datas we keep are perfectly safe.

What is the reservation process after I'm submitting
my reservation request?
In case you reserving an apartment with real time
reservation, you can be sure your reservation is succesfull. You will recieve
the " Confirmation number" via email right after you submit your reservation
request which should be kept and used with any future correspondence with
Barcelona Apartments Info. If you reserving an apartment "upon
request" you will recieve a " Reservation number" via
email right after you submit your reservation request which should be

In this case all reservations will be followed up with an email within

How can I check on my request?
One part of apartment reservations are made in real time
and your confirmation should only take a few seconds. The
other part of the reservations are made "Upon request". In
this case, you will receive an email from us without a confirmation
number. When we receive the confirmation number from the apartment company/hotel,
it will be emailed to you. If there is a special request we also respond to
you via email. While we ask for your patience for 24 hours, it usually
